The main export markets for Thai mangoes are USA, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, and China. The country also exports in Middle east, Europe, and North America.
In Thailand the mangoes session is from March to July and can they be purchased from street markets, floating markets, fruit vendors, and supermarkets. Thai style mango shake is very popular in Thailand. It is also known as “Nam Doc Mango”. You can also prepare Thai style mango shake and it’s very easy. Ingredients: Ripe mangoes, 1 cup ice, 1 cup coconut milk, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or condensed milk. Step to prepare: Peel the mangoes. Blend diced mangoes, coconut milk, crushed ice, condensed milk in a blender. Blend until it until soft and smooth. Add sugar or condensed milk as per your taste. Serve the mango shake into glasses and serve it immediately.
